US SCAR Team
The US SCAR team consists of 2 Delegates and 4 representatives to each of the 
SCAR Standing Scientific Groups. Terms of appointment are for 6 years with the possibility of reappointment. Nominations are widely solicited from the community by the National Academies 
Polar Research Board and the National Academies approves the team members.-
